Rest day for Cycle 2 (C2)

 

Ingredients

(Please edit to your macros)

 

spirillized Courgette (GV)

Tuna (P)

Tin tomatoes (V)

Onion (V)

Herbs

Mozzarella (F)

 

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients apart from the Mozzarella into a large bowl

Place into a oven proof dish

Sprinkle the mozzarella on top

And once in the oven on 180oc for about 20 mins till the cheese goes a crispy brown.
