Gluten Free (GF)

Low Carb (LC)

Rest day Snack for Cycle 2 (C2)



(Please edit to your macros)


Scoop of Chocolate protein shake (P)

1 tsp Baking soda

1 Egg (F)


Few drops of almond milk

Drop of water

(add cocoa powder if you wish for more taste)



Simple mix all the ingredients into a cup to your get a thick liquid mixture.

Pop in the microwave for 1 minute.

Place on to a plate and add the topping of your choice


 Other suggestions

  • Pour some choc shot over it with a few strawberries
  • Greek yogurt and berries
  • Sprinkle Coconut and hazelnuts
  • or if your feeling naughty add some cream or ice cream.
