Breakfast Pitta Pasty


Gluten Free (GF)

150g Beef mince (P)

15g Onion (V)

30g Mushroom (V)

30g tomatoes (V)

Italian herbs

1 egg & egg white (F)

Gluten free Pitta (C)

Sour cream (S)



Pour some oil in a pan along with the beef mince, and then add the onions, mushroom and tomatoes.

Once these are cooked stir in the egg so its goes like scrambled egg, mixed in with the rest.

Put a pitta in a the microwave for 1 minute, this is so it opens up.

Pierce a small hole at one end, big enough to spoon the mixture into the pitta without opening it up fully.

Cover the outside of the pitta in some egg white.

Place some butter into a frying pan and fry each side of the pitta so it goes a bit crispy.

Enjoy with a green hot salad, combined of courgette, asparagus and spinach along with some sour cream.
