Gluten Free (GF)

Training day for Cycle 2 (C2)

270g potatoes

Olive oil






Cut the potatoes into a thin long chip shapes

Place them into a microwaveable dish with water for about 8-10 mins till they are soft.

Remove from microwave and drain away the water.

Cover an oven tray with olive oil, and place the chips on to the tray, move around making sure they are all cover in olive oil.

Sprinkle garlic and chives herbs over them.

Place in the oven and cook for a good 20 mins till golden crispy brown.

Keep a watch out on them, so they cook just how you like them.


MY FAV: Serve with some parmesan or mozzarella cheese!!

(GV) – Green Vegetables

(S) – Sauce
