1 Banana

1 egg + 1 egg white

2 tbs Cinnamon




Combine your ingredients into a blender.

Heat some oil in a pan, but make sure its on a low heat.

Once the oil is hot pour a large desert spoon and spread it into a small circular shape. I personally use metal poach egg shaper to get mine perfectly circular.

Once cooked on one side, flip over and cook the other side. Repeat using all your mixture.


Then stack on em up and server with some of the following ideas:

  • Greek yogurt (P) and berries (heat a few berries into a pan to create some juice)
  • Mix a little bit of chocolate protein shake or low calorie hot chocolate with some hot water to make a little thick chocolate sauce and pour other with some hazelnuts 
  • Coconut & rasberries
  • Cinnamon dust




(GF) – Gluten Free

(LC) – Low Carb

(P) – Protein (Meat/Fish etc)

(V) – Vegetable portions

(F) – Fat Portion

(GV) – Green Vegetables

(S) – Sauce
