Stuffed Steak Roll Up

130g Steak

30g Tomato or red pepper (v)

1 Spring onion (v)

45g Feta (F)

Sour cream (S)

sprinkle of  Garlic

Served with a side of green veg





Flatten out your steak as thin as you can. Spread over a thin layer of sour cream on the steak and sprinkle some garlic.  Then Place your feta cheese  along with spring onion and pepper.

Grab the shorter end end of the steak and roll up it tightly. Tie a few pieces of spring to keep it in places.

Cook it in the oven for 20-25mins on 1800C

Once the steak is cooked, cut into slices and DON’T forget to cut of the string. The rolls should stay in place now.

Enjoy with a side of green vegetables and some garlic butter.
