Flax Seed Bread

Gluten Free (GF)

Low carb (LC)


(Please edit to your macros)

200g flaxseeds

5 egg whites

2 eggs

5 teaspoon olive oil

1/2 cup of water

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2  teaspoon xhtham gum



Mix all the dry ingredient together – Flaxseeds, baking powder and xhtham gum.

Then mix and other ingredients together in another bowl – Eggs, Olive oil and water

Gradually whisk together the rest of the ingredients into the dry ones

Grease a loaf tin, and pour the mixture in.

Then cook in the oven for about 20/25 mins on 200oc

Once cooked, just stick a knife in it to make sure nothing comes of onto the knife. This shows us its cooked.

Leave it to cool and then cut into slices.
